Google Cloud Print
 
Google Cloud Print is disabled. Contact your IT administrator.
NOTE: HP Web Services requires the printer to be connected to a network.
 
1. Connect the printer to a network. You can choose to keep the USB connection for printing and use the network connection for Web Services, or you can replace the USB connection entirely with a network connection. See the printer's user guide for more information.
 
2. Once the printer is connected to a network, enter the printer's network IP address into a Web browser. To find the printer's IP address, refer to the printer's user guide.
With Google Cloud Print, you can use a computer or mobile device to print documents and photos directly to your web-connected printer.

Troubleshooting

If print errors occur on Google Cloud Print jobs, try disabling PDF printing. Images and fonts might look slightly rougher. This setting only affects Google Cloud Print jobs
